Jordan’s Furniture sits high atop a hill overlooking one of the most popular and densely populated retail stretches of Rt. 9 in Natick, MA. The New England furniture giant shares space with Kelly’s Roast Beef and the IMAX theaters. Like all Jordan’s stores, this location attracts large and diverse groups of customers daily and Kelly’s features a drive-thru lane for its take out customers. Two dedicated roadways connect the complex, which is not visible from the main road, to Rt. 9. Creating an inviting, smooth and well-marked path up the hill for shoppers, diners and movie audiences was U.S. Pavement’s task. Multiple scopes were done by our mill crew, paving crew and sealcoaters.
All of the visitors to 1 Underprice Way were not impacted in the least despite the number of scopes and days needed to revitalize the large lot and long roadways.
